Will be reminded all week, but Friday is the beginning of the The Crush Games. So class schedule will be altered a bit. Friday evening classes are all shut down and Saturday the ladies will be taking the 10+11 class. We've got 5 competitors. 2 on Friday, and 3 on Saturday. HOPEFULLY ALL ON SUNDAY! Either way we want all of you down their to support. Should be an awesome time!

Smart jumps here attempting to break your previous 1rm. 

Suggestion for working up -
10 total reps at 50% for speed
3 reps at 60%
2 reps at 75%
1 rep at 90%
1 rep at 105%
