The brah' Jacob approached me and said he wanted to take it to the next level.. We work together during private sessions to do whatever it takes to make him more capable... So I responded with .... (hashtag) EZ.. Kid is a savage. Worked on snatch tech today and there is going to be so much fire from this kid soon it's wild. He started 8th grade this week. Get kids involved early and I promise the ethic within the gym will transfer to the rest of their life down the road. It's also been great lately with the amount of private clients we have now to instill how important weightlifting is to the sport of Crossfit. If you want to excel, weightlifting technique is the first step. I would promote anyone/everyone to come to a Olympic lifting class or schedule a private session just to better your proficiency in the movements. The kids we're working with now will put us all to shame in a few years.
