People got their quads torched today from the combo. Tomorrow, if needed, show up a minute early and LAX ball the F out of your quads on the floor. Put some serious pressure on that tissue. Many people may not like the higher volume of running we have been doing, but as it shows, we all need the extra work! Might be a few more steps outside of the gym to be had later on in the week.. But until then.. let's lift.
A.) 5x5 Deadlift
all sets at roughly 70% of your 1rm.
B.) Chipper - for time
50 Box jump overs 24/20
50 hang power cleans 115/85
workout looks simple. But it is for sure going to be a nasty one to try and motor through to finish with a good time.
