Today is going to be the sickest workout of the week. Taking a concept we saw at this years CrossFit Games and spinning it a little with a different movement. Excited for this one, it should be fun.
A.) Snatch Complex - work up to heavy
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
B.) Wall Ball Biathlon
75 Wall Balls 20/14
50 Wall Balls
25 Wall Balls
**** FUN PART = for every time you break in the set of wall balls, you must complete a penalty 200m run.
**** and if your reps start looking like shit with NO DEPTH or NO ACCURACY... yo'ass is going to be running. Going to get on you guys for better form today.
