We Compete.
Not just against one another, but against ourselves. It's why we're different. We prepare for the unknown, and we prepare for the real world. And in the real world, there is real competition. No easy days and no days off.
We have competed in CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, and endurance events alike. We don't workout, we train. We train for the future, we train our weaknesses, and we train to be better than our competition.
We created a page showcasing who we are as a facility/box/gym/community, what we have done, where we have been, and where we are going. We are in search of excellence and want ANYone who wants to try and achieve greatness while not accepting mediocrity.
Our self written, in house, competitors program (Athletic Volume) is what we follow as a gym. We all follow it and it costs no extra. Follow the program at your own will, if you have some extra time before or after the WOD, or twice a day. There are sure to be some other athletes following a few pieces that you can join. Not remote programming for you to do alone... The intensity will rise if you are working with others and set expectations higher.
