Today's WOD

A.) deadlifts 

5x1 @ 90%

B.) 5 rounds - for max reps - 10 min cap

Max Effort set of pulls ups

20 wall balls

* round of pullups does not count towards total if your wall balls are not completed within the time cap. Aka you can rest as much as you want as it isn't for time.. But if you rest too much in between sets, you may run out of time to get your reps in.
