CrossFit Games start this week. And we will be running those workouts all next week.. This week for us is a de loaded accessory week. We will be doing lots of movements we rarely, if ever, see in our normal strength program. We will be testing an important set of workouts all week that are very straight forward and follow that with our strength accessory.
-pistol squat technique-
A.) 100 pistol squats for time
B.) day 1 accessory -
3 rounds not for time
10 weighted step ups (each leg)
10 box split squats (each leg)
10 goblet lunge
10 box jump (near maximal effort standing height)
Take time to find proper weight and height for jump. Add plates accordingly for height and don't rush. Look for controlled movements.
